Not sure if car was actually serviced or was my money just t I was a little upset after having my car serviced and my tires rotated to come outside this morning to a flat tire. My tire light was on prior to ser I was a little upset after having my car serviced and my tires rotated to come outside this morning to a flat tire. My tire light was on prior to service and for them to just rotate the tires and not check the air level is totally unacceptable. More

Always great service!! The guys are great in the service Dept. And I just love the remodel so they get to work from inside with the AC. Every time I pull in, I'm greeted and immediately taken care of. If there is an issue I want to address, they always get right on it to see what’s happening and do it in a timely manner. I’m on my second Mazda and have been a loyal customer since 2015. I won’t go anywhere else. And now that the remodel is done... it’s like total VIP treatment. And the employees are happy too. So you only win from all angles!! Before I bought my first Mazda, I always took my car to a quick oil change place. (My husband used to work at a car dealership and I still never went.) But since Mazda always treated me good and the location is so easy, I haven’t been anywhere else!! Thank you, CFM!! More

Needs improvement Jay was very good ,even drew a diagram of tire rotation for tech. However when I picked up the vehicle it sounded louder than normal. On opening the h Jay was very good ,even drew a diagram of tire rotation for tech. However when I picked up the vehicle it sounded louder than normal. On opening the hood I found the air filter housing not clipped.back together. Also while watching the tire rotation I saw the wheels put on with air tools without torque sticks or rechecked with torque wrench. More
