I’ve commented on this before, service on my car was fine. My only comment is that the service representative who check you in do not pay attention to customers. When you drop your car off you have to w fine. My only comment is that the service representative who check you in do not pay attention to customers. When you drop your car off you have to wait to speak to a representative even though several are talk to each other about personal things. You can hear them talking about non business stuff while you stand and wait. They don’t even take the time to acknowledge you and say something like “I’ll be with you in a minute!” It seems for the service reps the customer isn’t important! I don’t remember any of the staff so asking me to rate individual is not helpful. More
