I brought service – Zero attention to detail I am extremely disappointed and angry with the service department at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. I brought my brand new vehicle—which is less than a year old—in for a routine maintenance service, including a tire rotation. When I inspected my vehicle immediately after the service, I discovered that the technician had been completely reckless with the impact wrench. Severe Rim Damage: The pristine factory finish on my wheels is now defaced with multiple deep scratches, chips, and paint peelings right around the lug nut holes . Damaged Lock Nuts: The wheel lock nuts were severely marred and deformed by the air tools, stripping the internal security pattern and creating a high risk of slipping during future removal. The original factory finish on a new car's wheels cannot be fixed with cheap touch-up paint or an aftermarket cosmetic repair. I expected professional service from a premier dealership, but instead, they significantly depreciated the value of my new vehicle due to sheer carelessness. I have already escalated this issue to corporate management and customer relations. I demand a brand new set of OEM factory wheels and replacement lock nuts. Until this is completely rectified, I highly caution anyone against bringing their vehicles here for service. Absolute lack of professionalism and care. More
