Brian did a great job of hearing what we wanted for a new car purchase, providing his expertise on the models, and taking us for test drives. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and with the help of his m car purchase, providing his expertise on the models, and taking us for test drives. I had made an appointment, the women Bee did not see us at all. The vehicle I wanted to see was not brought to me instead a more expensive one. The salesman said we could finance , I was paying cash, he th at all. The vehicle I wanted to see was not brought to me instead a more expensive one. The salesman said we could finance , I was paying cash, he then suggested my son finance it, this was a gift for him! He went on and on about financing, I made it quite clear I did not want to. Fortunately he suggested another salesman, Brian was awesome and we bought a car. The finance man wanted us to finance, again the same issue, then an extended warranty, the car had 37000 left on the warranty! These people do not want you to buy a car with cash. Even when I came back with the cashiers check life was made difficult, I called a head to say that we needed to pick the vehicle up and we where in a hurry we had an appointment, they made it difficult, the finance man was unhappy that we were paying cash did not ask for our proof of insurance and further delayed us. More
