Trey Brown was polite, professional, prompt, well-informed and courteous. Manager Steve Sokoloff was also a pleasure to work with. Of course, it took some back and forth on price/trade-in value, well-informed and courteous. Manager Steve Sokoloff was also a pleasure to work with. Of course, it took some back and forth on price/trade-in value, but I walked away with a new 2024 Odyssey Elite feeling satisfied from an overall very good experience. I have purchased 17 new vehicles over the years and this was the best experience of all. More

If it wasn’t for Steve the sales manager I would be going home in a new car today. I was already pre-approved with suncoast for over the amount of the car and things were going amazing with my sales advisor home in a new car today. I was already pre-approved with suncoast for over the amount of the car and things were going amazing with my sales advisor Dilyn, he did everything right made me feel comfortable and really made me feel good about my future purchase. When it came time to test drive it the sales manager wanted me to do a credit report before driving the car but sent my sales advisor to tell me, typically you drive a car before you buy it… So Steve comes to sit with me and the first words out of his mouth were “Where’s your daddy? Do you need him here to buy the car? Do you even work? If my 20 year old came home with that car without telling me I would be pissed.” What type of disrespectful customer service like that has ever closed a deal for you? Again Dilyn is a great sales advisor but I cannot say that I feel comfortable making a purchase with Steve as the sales manager on my deal. More

I purchased a car there 08/09. The experience was far beyond unrealistic. With a 779 credit score, I was only able to get a 6.3% rate. However, DOJ has an interest cap on interest The experience was far beyond unrealistic. With a 779 credit score, I was only able to get a 6.3% rate. However, DOJ has an interest cap on interest rates to veterans. Not one of the salesman had the same story. Nevertheless, as a veteran of over 21 years and a POW I was totally by there lack of respect and voodoo accounting and deceptive business practices. Nevertheless I will send the financial documents directly to DOJ. More
