Horrible!!The sales man quoted me one price and charged Horrible!! The sales man quoted me one price and charged me a different price! In the end I was charged double plus a $1,000 for my car! I was told t Horrible!! The sales man quoted me one price and charged me a different price! In the end I was charged double plus a $1,000 for my car! I was told the cost of my Fusion would be $23,000. I ended up paying $47,000.00. Further, the salesman and the finance person must have been in on it together because they had me sign my agreement on a broken IPAD and made excuses why they couldnt show me the final sales price!. Once I had already signed I was stuck. I purchased several cars with Future Ford, Never again!!!! Dont buy here they are theives!!! and when you ask for help they stop answering your calls and texts!!! -Sonja T More

ZERO STARS! BAD EXPERIENCE. BUYERS BEWARE. SCAM! Its been 9 Days since I purchased this Certified 2019 Ford Fusion with 30k miles. After two days of ownership I finally got an extended usb cable to Its been 9 Days since I purchased this Certified 2019 Ford Fusion with 30k miles. After two days of ownership I finally got an extended usb cable to charge my phone in car. To my surprise NONE of the USB PORTS are WORKED and this is Certified Vehicle! I even purchased 2 other varieties of charging cables with no luck. This concerned me so I started investigating further and noticed the Front Collision Alert was not working although it was set to high, if somebody crossed the road in front of me abruptly the thing would remain silent while in any other Fusions I test drove it worked very well and immediately. Then I noticed the car was throwing an Error that Front Camera isn’t available at the moment. I also noticed a very Jerky shift from 1st into 2nd gear and at times 2nd to third gear. So I decided to take it in after 3 days of owning it back to the dealers service department to address these concerns. Well the service department discovered that Usb hub was broken and needed replacing which they fixed. Surprise surprise as certified cars should have that stuff working from the get go. They were not able to Fix the jerkiness in gear shifts or the front camera from going out in high heat and said these were know issues they didn’t have fixes for at the moment. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed some new paint chips, dents, scratches that had not been there prior to dropping the car off. The paint only had a few chips on the roof but no scratches or chips on the sides of vehicle. I didn’t make a big deal of it although I am super picky about the paint looking clean, the car was pretty dusty so I decided to examine once more after I wash it. I parked the vehicle in my single car garage I only have access too and the car didn’t move until Tuesday 7/22 when I decided to give it a non-pressurized foam wash with top of the line car paint care products which I spent over $400 on. While washing the vehicle I noticed the Chenille Microfiber Wash Mitt would get stuck in some sections of body panels that had bigger than normal gaps in them. I noticed around the rear logo emblem on trunk, the bottom trunk piece holding the rear-view camera was flaring out and looked like clips holding held it no more. You could push it back into place to look straight but that wouldn’t hold as there was nothing to clamp onto in the rear. I noticed rear bumper driver side was loose and a slight touch would make it move quite far in which was not the case on other side. That same driver side rear bumper trim around the exhaust was not aligned with the body and the hooks were coming out from the rear bumper panel. When I opened the trunk (first time I did as vehicle is certified and usually any certified vehicle I had bought was in pristine condition) I noticed broken glass shards everywhere as well as no tools being present to change out the spare tire in case of Emergency. Again, keep in mind this is certified. What was even worse was the puddle of water underneath the spare tire. Felt the carpet cover on top and it was dry so my assumption was that the trunk is leaking from somewhere else which worried me that this vehicle might have been in a rear collision. On top of all of that during the gentle wash the rear fusion titanium emblem trim started falling off, letter by letter. I was in the middle of drying the car when it started happening so the first letter that fell off, fell in my cloth and it being so tiny I didn’t notice and continued wiping which caused some more scratches to the paint. After picking up the vehicle from service department interior of my car center dash console had a bunch of glue residue on quite a few spots. The gear shift was not properly aligned and there was a gap that will let in any dust dirt debris. The exterior had gained a new dent on driver’s front door underneath handle, a pain chip on drivers side passenger door and a few other scratches around the body that were not present before I brought the car in. To top it all off, once the car was clean, I noticed white paint splatter on the passenger side lower body going from the front tire across the doors and side moldings all the way to rear passenger tire. Paint is dry and could not be washed off without using excessive force to scratch it off. This was not present when I dropped off the vehicle to the service department and the evening that I picked it up it went straight to my garage which is 0.3 miles from the dealer so I assume something got spilled there or they ran through it over the course of the 6 miles when they test drove it. Definitely a disappointed, unhappy, stressed out customer at this point dealing with amateur hour xxxxxxxxx that could be avoided all together if Future Ford of Sacramento Madison Ave would get their xxxx together. Will keep you all updated on how the dealership handles this situation and what they will do to fix this problem and make me a happy and satisfied customer. More

Predatory tactics by the entire team This is by far the worst car buying experience and worst customer service experience I have ever endured. I spent a considerable amount of time coord This is by far the worst car buying experience and worst customer service experience I have ever endured. I spent a considerable amount of time coordinating with Brian Deleon in testing driving a 2018 Ford Expedition XLT prior to my test drive. I met with both Brian and Jacob to test the drive vehicle and felt comfortable with the process and the drive itself. I clearly stated to the Sacramento Ford team I was only on site to test drive the Expedition since I had scheduled multiple test drives with other dealerships that same day. It wasn't until I returned when the 'shark' type closing process began. After CLEARLY stating to both Bryan and Brian Deleon I was there to NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE that day, I was then turned over to the Sales Manager 'Bryan.' It was at this time I was talked down to by Bryan and 'forceful' tactics in buying a car that day before I walked out of the store. He kept forcing the issue of financing with Ford despite the fact that I was going to pay in full cash for the vehicle. He refused to actively listen to my concerns and priorities of the day despite after multiple attempts of informing him I was there not to purchase. It got so bad that at one point I stood up and informed him what he was doing was not in the best interest for me and my family and that he should re-examine his 'assertive' tactics and approach in treating customers the right way. As a loyal USAA member and US Veteran I was appalled by the tactics employed by Brian Deleon, Bryan, and the rest of the Sacramento Future Ford team for their predatory tactics. I have informed USAA and True Car of my horrible experience while at Future Ford and have vehemently recommended that USAA remove any existing formal 'Certified Dealership' recognition and/or partnerships with this dealer. For any potential customer, veteran, or active duty personnel looking to purchase a car I cannot emphasize how horrendous the car buying process was at this place. BLUF: stay away from this team and take your business to other dealerships where they treat you with the utmost respect and as a valued customer. You won't find any of this here. More
