Best car buying experience ever!! We had been shopping for a second vehicle for months. Merlin had sold us our last vehicle and we had such a good experience with him that we chose to We had been shopping for a second vehicle for months. Merlin had sold us our last vehicle and we had such a good experience with him that we chose to go to him again. Although the dealer didn't have the specific car on the lot that we wanted, Merlin tracked it down and had it brought in to the dealership. He also made sure all of our loan paperwork was filled out before we left so when we came back in to pick up the car, the process would be quicker. In the meantime, I spoke with Noel over the phone and he was able to get us a better interest rate than our credit union. When we picked up the car, our paperwork was ready to be signed! Merlin went over the features of the car, and we were on our way! I will shop at Zimmerman Honda again! Everyone was friendly, we were treated with respect, our needs were exceeded and most importantly they respected our time! Thanks again to all involved!! More

My experience at Zimmerman's was awesome. I was in the market to purchase a new car and I had my heart set on a new Honda. I had gone to a different Honda dealership before stopping at Zimmerman's an the market to purchase a new car and I had my heart set on a new Honda. I had gone to a different Honda dealership before stopping at Zimmerman's and was not thrilled how my dad and I were treated. But as soon as we came to Zimmerman's I could tell that our experience here was going to be much better. Randy was great to work with, he was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was very indecisive between the accord and the civic and Randy was very patient with me and ultimately helped me make my decision. After I bought my new civic, Randy took the time to show me how to use all of the features and how to customize it for my needs. I also worked with Brain and Cherl at Zimmerman's. Brain helped to make sure that I received a new rebate that Honda was offering. Cherl was also very helpful in helping to explain the my new loan and additional add ins. I was very pleased with my experience at Zimmerman's, I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a Honda to go check out Zimmermans. They were all great people to work with who knew how to treat their customers. More

With our 3 children in high school and college, we were looking to move on from mini vans. We were in search of a vehicle that was affordable, safe, and with good gas milage. Also, with living in the country, we required a vehicle with AWD. Merlin and Brian are a pleasure to do business with. Merlin was helpful and through in reviewing all the features of the CR-V. Brian took time to find a vehicle to display the different colors available. We felt no pressure to make a decision right away...part of the reason we returned later to buy.
