When walking into the dealership I was greeted and the staff always made me feel welcome. Gilbert was helpful through the whole process. I did talk to a few other dealerships but was not as impressed with them. After I determined which model, trim level and color I wanted it became apparent only one dealership had exactly what I wanted and they were 50 miles away, I had already negotiated a great deal with Gilbert and the sales manager Brian. Brian was great to work with and expedited a dealer trade and had the car to the dealership in less than 4 hours. If you are looking for a dealership that has integrity, doesn't play games, and is dedicated to offering excellent service and very competitive prices I would highly recommend Zimmerman Honda. I have dealt with a number of car sales people through the years and Gilbert has to be the best I have worked with. He was helpful, patient and made my buying experience a breeze. Chris C More

Freindly, fast after hours support My wife found a 2015 Pilot on line, she asked if they could stick around as I drove 1.5 hours from Peoria. I was expecting a sales person to stick aro My wife found a 2015 Pilot on line, she asked if they could stick around as I drove 1.5 hours from Peoria. I was expecting a sales person to stick around maybe 30min to help value my trade-in and work out a few numbers and planned to come back later to work out a deal. Through out the drive Randy worked with me and kept me updated. I arrived to find not just Randy but Brian and Blake stay around as well and did so much more. They didn't sell but supported and acted as an advisor throughout the process to reduce my cost and increase the value to my family. As a result 2 hours later (2.5 hours after the dealership closed) I drove home with a new car. - surprised and delighted every step of the way More
