Although when I scheduled my service, I was told that I could have a loaner for the day, however do to a service the previous day taking longer than expected the loaner was not available. Brian left me a could have a loaner for the day, however do to a service the previous day taking longer than expected the loaner was not available. Brian left me a message the night before my service and gave options to include his commitment to have my service complete in 1 1/2 hours; he followed through on that and I was back in my vehicle in plenty of time to meet my other commitments of the day.
