Anticipated the worst but........... my fears were unfounded. It has been many years since my last purchase so I was mentally prepared to do battle with the car sales tactics employed a my fears were unfounded. It has been many years since my last purchase so I was mentally prepared to do battle with the car sales tactics employed and experienced at other dealerships. To my pleasant surprise I did not have those unpleasant experiences here. I have my Highlander serviced at this dealership for the past 8 years so I was hoping the sales area would match the service department and it did. They had the patience with my initial indecision on vehicle type to purchase - sedan or suv. The staff demonstrated in detail the controls and features of all vehicles. All dollar numbers were written and available for your review. In summation........nothing negative to say. More
