Pleasant Experience I had no intentions to buy a new car Friday night. However, I did. The experience so very pleasant from start to finish. She asked all the right questions, learned what I was after. She found exactly what I wanted. Thank you for listening! Next step. Negotiations. Worst part. That is where Brian came into play. He worked on pricing for me that I could not pass up. It only took two times to go back and forth before I accepted the offer. And what an offer. Brian and his team did not play around! Thank you Brian. Final step: David Watts. He had all my paperwork ready when I got back there. We signed everything in a matter of minutes. Very nice. Also, David, Victoria and Brian helped me changeover from my trade-in into my new car. Really good experience. I hope this review helps others. I do recommend Toyota of North Charlotte. He was a really great guy, he doesnt pressure you into buying a car like all other sales man. Every question I had he answer quickly and correctly. He is was a great guy. My sales man that sold us the car was call Brian. He was a great sales man. He was very negotiable and very polite to me and my father. He offer to show me the maintence area and introduce me to some workers but the maintence area was close since it was Sunday. Shaderria was our paper work lady. She was polite and super nice. Everything that me and my father did not know, she explained it to the best of her ability to the point where me and my father understood. Toyota of North Charoltte is the place to go. The employees here are all nice. They all greet you and hold the doors for you. I would recommend anyone who is going to buy a new car to come to Toyota of North Charoltte. This is my father 3rd time buying a brand new car from this Toyota dealership, and everytime my father come to buy a new car, he also compliment how great his experience is always is. More
