When I made the appointment the front desk person was rude. I asked to speak to service so I could explain to them what I wanted done, but she kept asking me why I wanted service. When I dropped my car rude. I asked to speak to service so I could explain to them what I wanted done, but she kept asking me why I wanted service. When I dropped my car off, I waited for awhile and no one came to the shop to ask me why I was there, finally a guy did and he was also a bit rude. I waited in the lounge until my car was done. On my way home I noticed that the sticker they put on my windshield wasn’t even for my car, so that makes me wonder if they even did what they said they did to my car. The sales and finance parts of this company are great. But the service department definitely needs some work. Not looking forward to having to make the next appointment. More

Had 10:00am appointment. I arrived at 10:00. Several cars in line ahead of me. Was told it could take up to 2 hrs. Asked for a shuttle. No one came.
