Wish my car would have been dried off after the wash and interior vacuumed. This is my first service here and at past service visits at other dealers this just seemed to be a basic part of the service visit interior vacuumed. Great work and even better customer service. They kept me updated during my visit to have my vehicle serviced. They even offered to bring me to get lunch at one point. Toyota Service Center in Waite Park was excellent. I chose not to wait in the lobby due to covid concerns so was able to go for a walk, receive a text when my vehicle was ready, and return to pick up ke chose not to wait in the lobby due to covid concerns so was able to go for a walk, receive a text when my vehicle was ready, and return to pick up keys & paperwork in a transaction of less than a minute. I felt very safe which was of utmost importance to me. More

I had a 10:30 appointment and arrived on time. I sat there for and hour and a half watching other customers arrive and leave. Finally, when I was the only one left in the waiting room, my paperwork wa there for and hour and a half watching other customers arrive and leave. Finally, when I was the only one left in the waiting room, my paperwork was processed. By the time I got to my car nearly two hours were spent on an oil change and tire rotation. The least you could do is keep the customer informed as to why the delay is happening. More
