My concern conserning my recent of a 1972 Rav4 I purchased a 2017 Rav 4 in November of 2019. On my first service visit the tech rated the water pumo as failing. The service advisor Brian Eikmeie I purchased a 2017 Rav 4 in November of 2019. On my first service visit the tech rated the water pumo as failing. The service advisor Brian Eikmeier told me not to worry and would check on my next visit in 5000 miles. After thinking about this for about 2 months, I decided to make an appointment yesterday 2-21-2020, and ask for a pressure test be performed on the water pump. Brian said it wasn't really neceaasry, but because I needed some peace of mind I decided to go ahead with the test anyway. After a short wait in the witing area Brian came back and told me that he had talked to the techicians about this matter, they decided to replace the water pump under the factory warranty. I was very grateful to Brian for helping this to happen. I must say that now, I feel much better about the condition of this car. I would like to thank Brian for helping to get this done. This just another example of St Cloud Toyota, to take care of their customers.I will definately recommend this dealership to people interested in purchasing a Toyota automobile. 2nd time here for service... not so good. Had an appointment and yet it took a long time. Had a discount coupon that the Service guy didn't know about because of missed information from a co-worker appointment and yet it took a long time. Had a discount coupon that the Service guy didn't know about because of missed information from a co-worker and He's all up in my face like it's my issue because he had to change some numbers?? Really! So I got no information on my truck, asked about it and was told " ya, it's OK" what does that mean? I recommend this dealership because my first service was good. If there is a next time and it's like this... Sorry Charlie NO MORE! More
