I have been with Nissan for 16 years. Having owned several Nissan’s and sold 1000’s so I can speak to the Quality, Innovation, and Reliability of the Nissan Product. I like to go over the vehicles in detail so that you fully understand what you’re getting when you get a Nissan from myself and Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and a non-pressuring shopping experience. I am here to answer any questions you may have. I take care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. All my customers are given my personal cell phone number and can reach me day and night with any questions or concerns. I also give all my customers car washes for life on any vehicle you bring me even if you didn't get it from me and yes I wash your car personally:) It is my little way to say thank you for your business. You make buying a car stress free! You have no idea what that's like for a customer. Typically, you go to the dealership and its painful & stressful knowing you have to start the pro You have no idea what that's like for a customer. Typically, you go to the dealership and its painful & stressful knowing you have to start the process, and you'll have to talk to multiple salespeople & multiple dealerships trying to get the best price, best car for the money without feeling completely taken. You have been "our guy" for probably over a decade (for sure)! You make the process simple and even if the answer is "no" and you can't beat a deal I have been quoted you tell me straight up. THAT TELLS ME THAT I CAN TRUST YOU AND THAT'S HUGE!!!!!! Thank you for taking the pain out of buying/leasing a car! We now have 3 Nissans! More

I recently leased a 2023 Nissan Altima SV at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My leasing experience with Owner Loyalty Manager Shaun Bradley was smooth and effortless. Shaun is truly a professional Nissan of Farmington Hills. My leasing experience with Owner Loyalty Manager Shaun Bradley was smooth and effortless. Shaun is truly a professional. He is kind and friendly but most importantly very knowledgeable regarding the Nissan Products. While sedans were seemingly in short supply, Shaun was able to locate an Altima with the trim level, color and options I wanted. Shaun offered me a great deal which I eagerly accepted. My entire experience with him and the entire staff at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills was truly amazing. Nissan Brand Specialist Brian Evans assisted by delivering my new car. Brian likewise is very professional. He was extremely helpful as he reviewed the basics with me that I needed to know to operate my vehicle. Brian was very helpful in getting our daughter her first car purchase. He was able to assist us even though it was almost closing time and got all the paperworks ready for my daughter to be able to pick up car purchase.
