The day I got my car, the deals hip I was going to sold it. I immediately searched for another and got into contact with Brian. Lemme tell you something. He exceeded my expecations and got into a car that day. He got the paper work done FAST! HE REALLY looked out for me. We laughed the entire time and he explained everything to me in so much detail. Oh get this! This man does his job so xxxx well they closed at 6 and he still educated me on how to use my car and set my Bluetooth up AND WASHED IT! FULL TANK OF GAS! Lemme tell you something! I will continue to be one of Brian's customers because I really don't want to build a new relation with another dealer! I am a Brian only customer. First time in my life buying a car where I went in, said what I had to put down and where I wanted my payment and wanted to trade in my lease (a Toyota) and that I wanted to leave with a Pathfinder. Brian what I had to put down and where I wanted my payment and wanted to trade in my lease (a Toyota) and that I wanted to leave with a Pathfinder. Brian was amazing he showed me the pathfinder to make sure it was what I wanted. I drove it. He showed me a couple other vehicles as well so I could see the difference. We figured out a way to get everything I wanted and I drove out 2-3 hours later. He didn’t haggle with me or try to convince me of something I didn’t want. Went above and beyond to show me all the features and explain everything about the dealership and all the benefits of being a Nissan owner. Amazing experience. I was so nervous and was shocked at the entire process. Nice job Brian. I’ll be back for an Ariya in a couple years. More
