I have been with Nissan for 16 years. Having owned several Nissan’s and sold 1000’s so I can speak to the Quality, Innovation, and Reliability of the Nissan Product. I like to go over the vehicles in detail so that you fully understand what you’re getting when you get a Nissan from myself and Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and a non-pressuring shopping experience. I am here to answer any questions you may have. I take care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. All my customers are given my personal cell phone number and can reach me day and night with any questions or concerns. I also give all my customers car washes for life on any vehicle you bring me even if you didn't get it from me and yes I wash your car personally:) It is my little way to say thank you for your business. First time in my life buying a car where I went in, said what I had to put down and where I wanted my payment and wanted to trade in my lease (a Toyota) and that I wanted to leave with a Pathfinder. Brian what I had to put down and where I wanted my payment and wanted to trade in my lease (a Toyota) and that I wanted to leave with a Pathfinder. Brian was amazing he showed me the pathfinder to make sure it was what I wanted. I drove it. He showed me a couple other vehicles as well so I could see the difference. We figured out a way to get everything I wanted and I drove out 2-3 hours later. He didn’t haggle with me or try to convince me of something I didn’t want. Went above and beyond to show me all the features and explain everything about the dealership and all the benefits of being a Nissan owner. Amazing experience. I was so nervous and was shocked at the entire process. Nice job Brian. I’ll be back for an Ariya in a couple years. More
