We had a wonderful experience at BMW and absolutely love the car, but we were especially impressed with Brian. When we first went to look at the car it probably didn't seem like we were serious about buying the car, but we were especially impressed with Brian. Mr. Ferguson continually communicated with us throughout the process, and he and the Devon staff were very accommodating, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable, and allowed us to make our decision without pressure and in our timeframe.
