Service Manager (Brian) lied about having to order parts, which I then went to their parts department and purchased myself! Terrible customer service. Very very disappointing experience!! I would give them a negative rating if it would allow me to, especially after lying about the parts, to use as an excuse. They need to be more professional, especially being a Dodge dealer. More

Over charged me I was charged for disposal for 2 tires that wasn’t disposal. I told them that I was going to keep them so put them back in my car. I kept calling them I was charged for disposal for 2 tires that wasn’t disposal. I told them that I was going to keep them so put them back in my car. I kept calling them for 2 hrs straight and I never recieve a call back. I left a message with my phone number and no return call. I had a donut on my van and I told Brian that I was going to keep my donut. I didn’t see the donut in the back with the others tire. I hope he didn’t keep it. More
