Buying a car was easy Our experience with Arturo Camarena was wonderful. He's very professional, considerate and thorough when answering our dozens of questions. He knew Our experience with Arturo Camarena was wonderful. He's very professional, considerate and thorough when answering our dozens of questions. He knew the features of the Pacifica and did a great job explaining them. No one was "tough" sell or cutthroat as we have experienced at other dealerships. We'd highly recommend them. More

The one person and dealer that stayed in co I researched SUV's and talked to dealers in around the East and North County Inland for more than a year. The one person and dealer that stayed in contact with me without pestering me and answered all my questions was Christian Rincon. Christian is very knowledgeable and very truthful about the products the dealer had to offer. The sales manager Brian and Finance guy Fernando were also good. In fact Brian and Christian were very low key and we had fun making the deal vs. the stressful situation that you can encounter at other dealers. Fernando was also very friendly and accommodating while presenting the add on options like extended warranty etc I did a little research on the service as my friends own Rams and have been told the service is also good so I am expecting great things. I finally purchased a 2018 Durango RT with the SRT Appearance Package. In my opinion the best looking SUV on the market today, but I am biased as I now own one - Thanks guys. Yes this review sounds too good to be true! but believe me if it were not true you would be reading a less positive review and I am quite critical on these matters. More

Jack went over all of the functions and I was out of there in less than two hours. More

Outstanding as usual!!!! Jack, Brian & Sonny were outstanding!!!! I would highly recommend them. You can cut through all the BS that you would normally get from other dealersh Jack, Brian & Sonny were outstanding!!!! I would highly recommend them. You can cut through all the BS that you would normally get from other dealerships and get straight to the point. If it's possible they will make it happen and get the best deal for you they can possibly get. I've bought three vehicles from Carl Burger now and they a class above the rest. I would not even consider going to another dealership even if they where an hour out of the way. More
