Jack spent hours with us going over the features, test driving, and making us feel comfortable with the vehicle before we pulled the trigger. Brian spent time with us on the details of the finances, discussing our options thoroughly and in a straightforward manner. And Sonny helped us quickly through the paperwork (and got us a great deal on the warranty). And all three were understanding of our kids (who were not always on the best behavior). As soon as I drove in the dealer (with my old Subaru Outback 09') Rafi Qilo greets me in a super enthusiastic tone and I was immediately hooked! He is honest, super nice, friendly and understanding! Walked me through the whole process. He set up the test drive, showed me the car in detail in and out! I was super stoked! Excellent Sooo, I just got a new car that I am completely in love with! Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Sooo, I just got a new car that I am completely in love with! Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram World in La Mesa helped me find my puurfect new gem. Of course being me, I had a something in mind already. I wanted my car to have a certain feature/look to it . He was amazing because he actually listened to what I had in mind and he told me if this is what you truly want and have to have then I will do my best to make sure to find it. We went on to test driving the cars to see if I like the feel of driving it. He showed me all the features and he took his time explaining everything to me, he truly made sure I understood everything which I really appreciated. Michael introduced me to his manager Brian who is an extremely sweet guy. He came over got to know me, worked really well around what I wanted and he made sure that overall that I was extremely happy with everything. They both worked together so seamlessly and took great care of me. They were very patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The car I ended up wanting was only available in a dealership out in L.A. Without any hesitation he ensured me he would personally bring it down for me the next day. And it is exactly what was done.
