We originally were recommended to this dealership by friends who also had a good experience. Since then, we have returned to this dealership to purchase/lease (3 times!), because of the relationship th friends who also had a good experience. Unlike other high pressure dealerships, Hamilton Mazda, listens, offers a fair price, and we never feel like we have to haggle. Making a purchase that large is stressful enough without having to deal with unsavory sales tactics - which we do not feel at this dealership. And, their service department is helpful, reasonable and provides excellent customer service. We truly appreciate Brian Harris, our sales person, for his calm, respectful and genuine demeanor — who helped us each time we visited. More
