Brian was very helpful and did his best to help get me the car I wanted (and in the desired color to boot!) at a great price. This was my first car-buying experience and Brian held my hand every step of way. He answered all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel like he was trying to pressure me into making a deal, in stark contrast to other car dealers I visited, who all seemed to care more about hitting their end of the month sales quota than actually getting me the exact car I wanted at a good price. Even though this dealer was over an hour's drive away from me, I would happily make this trek down to South Jersey again to do business with these wonderful folks. More

Great customer service I was going to purchase a car from another Mazda dealer (Rt 22) though the salesman was great, the manager was not. We saw him motion to another sale I was going to purchase a car from another Mazda dealer (Rt 22) though the salesman was great, the manager was not. We saw him motion to another salesman to not come down on the price and he did the same with us. Felt like he was a real shyster. With that being said, we left the dealership not buying the car. I felt sorry for the salesman because I really would have like to see him get the sale. A friend told us to go to Hamilton Mazda because the customer service was great and they negotiate. Well they were right. Though we did not get a different price on the car than sales price (it was already a great deal) they gave us a $250 back storage screen. The salesman Brian Harris was great (not pushy, gave us time to talk about it, etc.) and his manager was just as personable - No BS like the first dealer we went too. Highly recommend the dealership. More
