Wonderful experience! I, like most people, typically dread going to buy a new car. The wait times at a dealer ship, the pushy sales people, and the uncomfortable negotiating. NONE of that happened at Hamilton Mazda! My experience was perfection from start to finish! I was not rushed up to and given a speech about their cars, I was left to take my time and get comfortable with what I was looking for! Brian, my salesperson, very calmly asked how he could help me. I told him the exact model (CX-5), year (2016), color (Soul Red), and package (Plain sport with Bluetooth added) that I wanted, and in 2 minutes the car was outside to be test driven. He let me and my mother take it alone and we loved it! When we came back, I was simply asked how it went, and we of course said we will take it. Brian calmly brought us to his desk, asked for some info, ran a few numbers, and the first monthly payment he came up with was what we took! No adding on the extra packages, no gimmicks. We got exactly what we wanted at an amazing price and payment! My trade-in value was wonderful and that whole process was smooth as ever also!
