I made a phone call about a vehicle on the lot I found on their website. I called at 2pm in the afternoon to see if it was available. Shawn assured me it was, and I said, put a sold sign on - I'm on my way their website. I called at 2pm in the afternoon to see if it was available. Shawn assured me it was, and I said, put a sold sign on - I'm on my way. It took about 45minutes drive both ways, but I was driving home in my new vehicle by 6:30 pm. I love it. Everyone worked hard to make the process efficient. My 4 for Brian wasn't because he wasn't nice - he's a great guy - I just HATE the buying process. It is long and cumbersome and boring. I just wanted to buy the car and drive off. But there is a $750 rebate to finance it. So I sad through the dreaded financing process. I had to prove insurance I didn't have on me because it was required being financed when I didn't even want to finance it. Giving me a discount the same for cash sale would have been MUCH faster and much more pleasant buying experience. More

That I know these people by name is a statement in/of itself. This is NOT a typical car dealership that treats people as commodities. When you walk in, you notice a culture that is professional but fun. The people genuinely seem to like each other and focus on long-term client relationships. City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Brookfield is doing it right. In an age where so many are doing as little as possible to make a sale, this team takes the opposite approach and goes the extra mile, doesn't pressure the customer, and takes the time to connect in a meaningful way.
