I purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealership, and I worked with Bruno, who is great. We received excellent service, did not feel pressure at all, and got a great deal. Disappointed in the service and the process. The salesperson was great but the expectations weren’t set properly. Paid me for my vehicle $4,000 lower than carmax. Tried to do a 2-1 deal. Got me on the first deal and didn’t move at all on the pricing for the 2nd one. I won’t be back and I’ll make sure to warn others friends. Update, after I submitted my review I worked with Brian the sales manager and we came to an agreement on another sale. He’s been amazing to work with. More
