Dream Car. Dream Team. I know that title sounds corny but there is no better way to describe my experience at Subaru this past week. Crystal was AMAZING from showroom floor to test drive and right through the paperwork process. She even helped me transition to my new car. When I came in the next day to drop off keys for my trade-in she and Brian greeted me with a "Happy First Day". I will be recommending that everyone I know start shopping Subaru and get started right here with this great team!!!! More

I normally dread walking into a car dealership and find it very stressful buying a car, but from the moment we walked into Gateway until we left, my husband & I had a wonderful experience. We spoke to Brian first and found him to be a super nice person, then we were introduced to Crystal. Crystal was the sweetest salesperson I've ever encountered in a car dealership and she actually made our car purchase a fun experience. She wasn't pushy at all and gave us all the answers we needed to know in deciding which car we wanted. Not only is she sweet and relaxed while talking to us, but she is so knowledgeable about cars. We will definitely refer our neighbors to Gateway and Crystal for their future car purchase. Thank you Crystal!!! We love our Outback!! More

Kyle was very professional and freindly. We told him we had a limited amount of time to shop and needed to be out with in two hours. He was very quick to respect that for us. They gave us a fair price on our trade in, Recieved a slight discount and a matinience of the transmission we asked for.We were out the door in the 2 hours we asked for. A truly great car buying experience. We where deciding between the Outback and Forester. Magee took us on test drives and gave us price sheets for the trim levels we were interested in. Everyone was very between the Outback and Forester. Magee took us on test drives and gave us price sheets for the trim levels we were interested in. Everyone was very nice, there were no pushy or pressure sales techniques. We came back a few days later and decided to get the Forester. They did not have the trim level and color we wanted so they said no problem we can get what you want from another dealer at no additional charge. This was the exact opposite attitude another dealer took with us. A few days later we picked up our new Forester. Best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I had never dealt with Gateway Subaru before but the employees I met were all very helpful and hospitable. Met Kyle Hutchins when walking into this dealership and as all people are my husband and I were concerned about having to purchase a car after 12 years. Kyle relaxed us from the moment we sat down with him and offered us something to drink and spent the time getting to know us and reassuring us that we would be treated like family! We test drove several models and decided on a used Subaru which we absolutely LOVE! We also wanna mention Wendy who was so through with all the financing and being very upfront and extremely entertaining which put the icing on the cake for the whole buying experience. My husband and I came into the dealership looking to replace our worn out car. Magee Sheeler is the sales rep who took care of us. Both Magee and Brian went above and beyond in trying to get us a loan as well as working with our finances so we could leave with our new (used) car that day. Because of these two people, Subaru has gained a forever client as we shall not go anywhere else nor will I go to any other dealership but where Magee is. Thanks for all the help!! More

I did not feel pressured by him or anyone at Gateway. The entire atmosphere of Gateway was warm, friendly and caring. My questions and concerns were addressed and explained thoroughly. Wendy explained the financing options and warranty choices with great clarity. Traveling 2 l/2 hours to Gateway was the best decision I made regarding a car purchase. No doubt I will visit Gateway in the future for my car needs. More
