I contacted Gateway Subaru in Delmar to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. Brian Kang immediately contacted me and we scheduled a test drive of the vehicle for Wednesday, October 30, 2013. I received a call from Crystal Collins to confirm my appt. and I arrived around 5:30p.m. that evening. Brian, along with everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. After test driving the vehicle, Brian and I discussed pricing and came to an agreeable sales price. At that point, Crystal Collins took over my sale. She was very friendly and helpful, as well. She was very thorough, personable and made sure everything was in order for me to leave with my vehicle that evening. The financing and paperwork was handled by Drew, who was just as friendly and helpful as everyone else I experienced. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and would suggest they contact Crystal for their needs. She will be someone I would enjoy working with again in the future my car needs. More

Just bought a new Forester off of Crystal. We some issues finding one equipped the way I wanted in stock but Andrew and Crystal went above and beyond searching one out for me. They made many calls and it seemed as soon as we found one I was interested in, it was sold. They worked for a couple days on it and finally found one that was available. I ended up with the car I wanted at a great price with none of the usual car dealer games. I would also like to thank Sam for letting me look at her personal car as they didn't have a stick shift Forester in stock but she had just bought one. Brian handled the financing and doc signing and was pleasant and straightforward as well. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership. More
