Twice I made an appointment for 7 o’clock in the morning, left my car and came back after noon and the car has not been touched. I was told that my 7 o’clock appointment only put the car in line behind any other cars they had for service. If I left my car it could be days before it would be looked at and or serviced. I don’t know very many people who can be inconvenienced like that. I ask for a loaner and would be willing to wait until they had one but had to put the car in for service before I could get one and again it could be days without a car. Very very poor scheduling practices
