Ryan Auto Mall is a fantastic dealership to work with. I was able to work with Scott Goodmanson on my order. He was very professional, and knowledgeable and was always quick to respond to any questions I I was able to work with Scott Goodmanson on my order. He was very professional, and knowledgeable and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. When my vehicle landed at the dealership, he gave me a call the same day! I also worked a bit with Brian and Lisa on the new Vehicle delivery. Both were very professional and provided upfront answers as well as upfront pricing about add on items. When it came to Financing, I worked with Rich K. Again, another true professional. He was patient with me as we explored a number of avenues, and allowed me time to make the right decision for my self. The whole Ryan team has been top notch, and I am looking forward to a long standing relationship with the Ryan team! More

Jeff the Salesman and Brian were awesome to work with, the business office however made things feel very uncomfortable. Our situation is not conventional, I know that, but it felt like a major inconvenien the business office however made things feel very uncomfortable. Our situation is not conventional, I know that, but it felt like a major inconvenience to buy a vehicle from them. I had never had a car buying experience like that before. We almost left and didn’t buy the vehicle because of how we felt during that process. But Brian and Jeff Nelson were super helpful.
