I purchased my third vehicle from Toyota Huntington Beach, but they treated me really bad horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone that dealership they ran my credit after I sign paperwork 10 Beach, but they treated me really bad horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone that dealership they ran my credit after I sign paperwork 10 days later, they were still running my credit without my permission.. they ran 4 times my credit. when I purchased and signed the paperwork why you keep running my credit 10 days later without my permission also, I never received my assigned paperwork. It has been 30 days and no one seem like here from this dealership. They have the opportunity to make it right because I had spoken with five different people and showed my concern but no one did anything to make it right this is how they treat their repeated. Customer horrible. Dealership told me the Toyota Camry, 2021 is a certified vehicle but at the very last minute when I was ready to sign my paperwork, they said oh you know what it is not a certify This is how bad they did. The finance person treated us very bad, he discriminated us and deal with us like we’re stupid. He didn’t explain anything in the contract, He even added protection plan without asking me and he transferred us and deal with us like we’re stupid.
