I hate dealing with dealerships but this experience was top notch. Todd was a constant professional through the whole process explaining his method to help get me the truck I wanted at the price I was comf top notch. Todd was a constant professional through the whole process explaining his method to help get me the truck I wanted at the price I was comfortable with paying. He was forth coming with every price on the vehicle. When we made the deal and he passed me off to the finance team they were more than explanatory on their offers what I was signing and why they would choose certain packages for maintenance, even what they have chosen for their own car. There were a few moments were thing could have gone south as I am very buttoned up when dealing with spending what I believe is lots of money, but each person I dealt with very human about thier process an the process of buying a car. Todd and the low pressure sale team was something different than I experienced before and it was greatly appreciated. More

The finance person treated us very bad, he discriminated us and deal with us like we’re stupid. He didn’t explain anything in the contract, He even added protection plan without asking me and he transferred us and deal with us like we’re stupid. From all the Toyota dealers I had been in before and through my previous experience buying Toyota cars. this is the most bad experience I had with financing department. More

I’ve purchased many cars over my life , but this was my first experience choosing to lease a car. Nor and Todd Wilson patiently walked me through the process explaining carefully the choices I will have to first experience choosing to lease a car. I chose a Toyota to lease because I currently own a 2005 Lexus ES 330which, upon research I discovered that it was the most reliable, problem free of any car company on the market.
