Brian, Katie and the finace team were patient, respectful and attentive trying to come up with a monthly payment that would work for my budget. My initial meeting was at 9:00am with Brian and I picked up my new vehicle at 2:00pm. Jake did a great job explaining all the features of my new car! The purchase with Brian and John Barber took less than an hour and the pickup was a painless 20 minutes with a great walk thru by Jake Doyle. Many thanks to all involved! At the time of pickup we brought our Ridgeline in for the airbag replacement. We were offered a rental, but had no need. 2 years ago we went thru another round of airbag replacements and had no cost rentals for 2+ months. Customer service is number 1 for Mohawk Honda. More

We were greeted promptly and assigned a sales representative, Brian. We test drove the car and decided to take a look at what it would like us. Brian was helpful in walking us through the process as well as being incredible accommodating when we hit some road blocks. There came a point that I almost walked away from the entire thing, my own panic setting in. Brian was quick to answer an questions and was reassuring. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing the car and I was able to drive it home that day. Everyone was friendly and honestly it was a great time. The environment was upbeat and fun. It was enjoyable to see the team there joking and having fun with each other. I will absolutely recommend this dealership, and Brian, to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle. More
