Rush delivery We chose this dealership for location close to home & that it beat all 4 other Honda dealers in our quest for a new Pilot EXL lease. Sales person Bria We chose this dealership for location close to home & that it beat all 4 other Honda dealers in our quest for a new Pilot EXL lease. Sales person Brian McKenna was personable but seemed rushed in his manner. On day of delivery staff that we were to interact with for finance was unavailable so were referred to Tom Ryan --who seemed uninterested in us as customers , yawned several times during paperwork and did not make eye contact---NEEDS inservice w/h his people skills. Very please and impressed w/h Brianna Mattice who was concise in detail of all tech features of car. Car detailing delivery of car was less than what we have experienced with other Honda dealers over the past 20 years--this was 16 Honda product. More
