My wife and I researched options (we wanted a small SUV - first choice was the Honda CRV - but we also looked at Mazda, Subaru, and Ford). We test drove cars in Seattle (the dealers were very helpful when we told them our dilemma), and then went online. We had good contacts with a number of dealers, but Leigh Keller was terrific. We mostly communicated via email because it is my preferred method. I appreciated being able to discuss specifics and negotiate via email. We felt very comfortable with Mohawk Honda and Leigh, and later also with Brian McKenna. There were genuinely friendly, completely professional, and efficient. We finalized the deal online and on the phone. When we came in the other day to pick up the car, It took less than 20 minutes! Brian was super helpful, and we drove away with a brand-new, 2015 Maroon CRV - the perfect car for us. We will definitely be back in 3 years to arrange our next lease.
