We were in and out in 4 hours. We got no pressure from anyone, in fact, Brian, our salesman, let us use his cubicle in private to call the other dealers and confirm their lowest price. Scott, out internet contact, was refreshingly candid and honest and set the tone very nicely for the way it would be when we got there. More

My wife and I researched options (we wanted a small SUV - first choice was the Honda CRV - but we also looked at Mazda, Subaru, and Ford). We test drove cars in Seattle (the dealers were very helpful when we told them our dilemma), and then went online. We had good contacts with a number of dealers, but Leigh Keller was terrific. We mostly communicated via email because it is my preferred method. I appreciated being able to discuss specifics and negotiate via email. We felt very comfortable with Mohawk Honda and Leigh, and later also with Brian McKenna. There were genuinely friendly, completely professional, and efficient. We finalized the deal online and on the phone. When we came in the other day to pick up the car, It took less than 20 minutes! Brian was super helpful, and we drove away with a brand-new, 2015 Maroon CRV - the perfect car for us. We will definitely be back in 3 years to arrange our next lease. Brian McKenna is the only sales agent for me! Quite a few years ago, I was looking for a standard Element. I called every Honda dealer to see if anybody had one. They all said no, thanks for calli Quite a few years ago, I was looking for a standard Element. I called every Honda dealer to see if anybody had one. They all said no, thanks for calling. Then I called Mohawk and Brian McKenna answered. He did not have one but said "Wait! Aren't you going to give me a chance to get one for you?" The rest, as they say is history. He got me my Element (my beloved Gladys), that I happily drove for almost 10 years. Then I bought a CRV for myself and another used vehicle for my son. My last purchase was a CrossTour, that I am absolutely loving. When my daughter is ready for a car, we will be going back to see Brian. I cannot see myself EVER dealing with another sales agent. Brian is a great guy and a huge asset to Mohawk Honda, Boy, am I glad he answered the phone those many years ago. More

Awesome customer service I am currently leasing my Honda Civic and I love it. All the people I interacted with were so customer oriented even while being extremely busy. Also I am currently leasing my Honda Civic and I love it. All the people I interacted with were so customer oriented even while being extremely busy. Also when I needed help with my car (user error) they willingly helped me as soon as I got there. They also helped me get my car sooner than expected after insurance chaos.
