A service technician named Fred came right out and gave us a quick jump so we could be on our way! We were embarrassed to ask for help but never actually had to, it was offered right away. The service person did not listen to me very carefully. When I picked up our Kia Soul I looked over the list of services completed and did not find anything about two of the items that I had mentioned. One When I picked up our Kia Soul I looked over the list of services completed and did not find anything about two of the items that I had mentioned. One was that the check tires light was always on and the other was that the rear end was quite noisy. I would have thought that the person who moved the car around would have noticed the light being on even if the check-in person didn't write down what I said. When I asked about the noisy rear the check-out person said nothing was written down about that. An appointment was then made for the next day. The next day the report was that both rear shocks were leaking and were replaced. The report about the tire sensor light was that all of the tire sensors were checked and calibrated correctly. The wheel sensor light stayed off until the next day. Since then it has remained on all of the time. The noise from the rear end seems to be gone so I am confident that the shocks were replaced. I can only hope that the front brake work, etc was actually done, since I do not have the expertise to confirm those items More
