Excellent I have always liked the heritage dealership, I would purchase vehicles from the owings mill location and I was recommended to go to the Parkville loca I have always liked the heritage dealership, I would purchase vehicles from the owings mill location and I was recommended to go to the Parkville location. The experience that I had purchasing a car from Brian perry was superb from the time I walked in the door and finishing the sale. In fact, Brian personally drove my new vehicle to NYC (100+ miles away from the dealer) and we completed the paperwork in my kitchen! I got an amazing upfront price from Brian and the entire transaction (including delivery) was completed within 48 hours from our first call....even more impressive given I had been shopping/negotiating for months (and hating other dealership visits)! Brian is easily reachable via email, text and phone and he responds very quickly if you need to leave a message. Brian was extremely knowledgeable of the new product and helpful throughout the process. He called me with updates as they happened and always made sure to get me any nformation I requested.
