Excellent Experience Brian Perry and Chad Edwards made me feel like a was a top priority when looking to buy a new Jeep Cherokee. Great deal and friendly experience. Been searching for weeks for the Jeep Wrangler my daughter wanted. After finding the right one it was nice to be greeted with a handshake and a smile Been searching for weeks for the Jeep Wrangler my daughter wanted. After finding the right one it was nice to be greeted with a handshake and a smile from Mr. Brian Perry upon arrival. Upon hearing that that Jeep was sold, he immediately searched for a replacement. While waiting my daughter spotted one in the back lot, which was way out of her budget range. Mr. Perry and the rest of the staff found a way to make that vehicle affordable for her. We were given a much higher value for her trade, and also was advised that she was also due a rebate of $1200 from the lifetime maintenance warranty on the trade in, all other dealers we have been to missed this rebate. From start to finish we were at the dealership less time than it takes to sit through a movie! and she got exactly what she wanted at an affordable price. My hat off to the staff of Heritage Parkville! More

Brian Perry has always worked with us to get us the exact vehicle we are looking for and the payment option we need. We purchased a 2017 Ram Big Horn Crew Cab which we absolutely love. I was giving up my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk so I told Brian from the start it was going to be hard pressed for me to give up my Jeep for this truck unless we got the numbers we needed. I was willingly giving up my Jeep so my husband could get his truck back. He made it happen for us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We works so hard for us every time we come in. He is our absolute favorite salesman. After our negotiations we went to Doug Mrockowski for our final finance paperwork. He went over all of our warranty options and Auto Armour options. We were in and out of his office in 20 minutes. He congratulated us multiple times and we were ready to go. I thank these guys so much for always working with us so diligently to get where we need to be! More

My entire transaction (except paperwork) was concluded via email and telephone. Brian Perry was instrumental in completing the transaction and showing me every single detail of the car upon delivery. It was a nice personal touch. Steve Jakubik, the finance manager was very personable and professional as we completed the financing paperwork. It was nice to be checked on the following day, and fun to respond while in-transit in my new car. It helps that the car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) far exceeded my expectations in terms of the "fun-to-drive" factor - and to date has performed flawlessly. If you are looking for a good place to do business and buy a great car - this is it!! Thanks to everyone at the dealership for helping me. More

Sales & service Bought a 2017 Dodge Ram in mid march, had a decent experience so much that at the end of march I went back & bought a Pacifica! I wanted light interio Bought a 2017 Dodge Ram in mid march, had a decent experience so much that at the end of march I went back & bought a Pacifica! I wanted light interior even though I had 4 children, so the dealership searched & searched for what I was looking for. My car was brought down from Frederick, md later in the day. I went to the dealership & test drove it. I was in love with it. I noticed 2 things wrong with it, there was a scratch in the leather on the drivers seat & the back drivers side armrest was rattling. I brought it to the attention of the saleman, Brian and Mitch the sales manager. They both said they would take care of it. I was clear that I didn't want the scratch repaired but I wanted it REPLACED! Well life got busy & of course the dealer wasn't in any rush to repair the armrest or replace my seat cover, so I finally called to the dealer in June because of the rattling of the armrest. I couldn't take the noise anymore. The car went in for service for almost 3 days & the armrest WASNT fixed & the scratch was REPAIRED! Can you imagine spray painting a seat to a car that was 3 months old. A car that the damage was identified the night it was bought!! I was livid! I called & spoke to the GM Brad who assured me he was going to take care of it. The seat cover finally came in & the car was scheduled for service. The car was dropped off at 11am on Tuesday morning & it's Friday at 8am & the service department isn't sure when the car will be completed! I was told by Brad that I would receive a dealer loaner since this was the second time I brought the car in for the same issue. I have a rental which doesn't hold a family of 6 (as I did in June) I'm paying $20 in insurance on each day ($60 in June & now $80 in July) and the service department doesn't know when the car will be done since the technician wasn't in when I called this morning! (I spoke to Tommy & was told they are backed up! Excuse me, but I've been waiting since March to have my car fixed. & this is the second time that u have had it). I'm not sure where the break down in communication is!! I feel that Im just getting the run around! It doesn't need to be this hard!! I will say of all the interaction I've had with the dealership, Brian Perry has tried to help anyway he can, and I understand his hands are tied! More
