Excellent service from service advisor Brian Peters I've had my Hondas serviced here since 2005 and Brian Peters is the best advisor I've ever had. He is honest, friendly and plain spoken. He is knowled I've had my Hondas serviced here since 2005 and Brian Peters is the best advisor I've ever had. He is honest, friendly and plain spoken. He is knowledgeable and explains the problems and remedies, and any options that are available. In my last visit, he went the extra mile by arranging to get the additional work I needed done in a timely manner. When I go for an appointment, I go to his desk because I know I'll get great service that I can trust. Thanks, Brian. More

Service Center - Honesty Purchased and serviced a new 2012 Honda Pilot from Mohawk Honda as I knew and trusted a salesman that has since left and moved. The experience for the Purchased and serviced a new 2012 Honda Pilot from Mohawk Honda as I knew and trusted a salesman that has since left and moved. The experience for the next few years was great. A few years down the road an MXP salesman began to call and pester regarding upgrading our Pilot. This lasted for about one year until I had to advise the salesman to cease calling. I requested to speak with a manager with no luck. I have stayed away from Mohawk Honda for the next 3 years. That was until yesterday April 28, 2017 when I was forced to visit the service department because of a used 2007 Civic I purchased for our son. I had a few issues and a recall that I had to take care of. I was so impressed with Brian Peters from the Service Department, his sincerity and honesty that I may just return for our next new car purchase. More

They have always kept me informed about work to be done, length of time and the costs involved. Lisa has always found a way to get my vehicles serviced promptly, especially under emergency situations and I really appreciate that. These are top quality people here. More

Excellent service call 9/14 Brought my 05 Accord in today, as I do every year, for its NYS Inspection and Brian, and the entire service team, did a great job for me--not only ex Brought my 05 Accord in today, as I do every year, for its NYS Inspection and Brian, and the entire service team, did a great job for me--not only expeditiously completing the inspection but also warning me about a rust problem in the rear brakes so I was able to elect repair of this problem before it caused serious damage. VERY preventative service which is what I really appreciate about MoHonda, especially LISA, the service manager, who has that department running likely 'a finely tuned machine'!!My choice for all maintenance and repair work since I got the car in 2005. More
