A positive experience buying a new car I purchased a new car at Mohawk Honda yesterday. I am so glad I decided to go to their dealership. Prior to my visit I called and was given useful i I purchased a new car at Mohawk Honda yesterday. I am so glad I decided to go to their dealership. Prior to my visit I called and was given useful information by an internet sales consultant. It's the reason I decided to travel a bit farther from home and it was worth the trip. My sales associate on site was also knowledgeable and thorough. I was satisfied with the price offered on the car I wished to buy. The amount I was given on my trade-in was very reasonable. The financing offers were clearly explained and the sales associate and the finance manager were patient as I asked many questions and took time to weigh my options. After purchasing the car, I met with a delivery coordinator who took me through all the features on my new car and gave me her full attention as I asked questions and worked through unfamiliar features. Every step of the process felt positive and productive. I am really grateful to the whole staff for making what is often a stress filled experience so enjoyable. Thanks to everyone. I will recommend Mohawk Honda to my friends and colleagues. More

Staff you can trust Returned to Mohawk for routine service on my S2000. They do an excellent job. Ask for adviser Brian Peters and tech Rick Dupont if you can have an S2000 and they'll take care of you. Mohawk is the only place I know of locally with an in-ground rack to accommodate your low car! GREAT Dealership Support w/Recalled CRV My 2011 Honda CRV was recalled last week (Takata airbag issue). I emailed Jeff Haraden requesting a free loaner vehicle and he responded within two My 2011 Honda CRV was recalled last week (Takata airbag issue). I emailed Jeff Haraden requesting a free loaner vehicle and he responded within two hours (at 10 PM), telling me to contact Stacey Cantoni the next morning for the loaner. I did so, and a 2015 CRV was ready for pickup within two hours. Within 10 minutes of my arrival at the dealership, Brian Peters had the vehicle for me to take. I was pleased with MOHAWK HONDA when I purchased my new vehicle years ago. Now, I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SUPPORT PROVIDED BY MOHAWK HONDA during this major recall issue. While I had no other choice than to click "service" as the reason for this visit, service won't be provided until the parts are available in Summer or Fall of 2016. This review is actually a reflection on the FANTASTIC OVERALL "SUPPORT" provided by MOHAWK HONDA. I'd assign TEN STARS if I could. More

Greg listen to my concerns and worked with me with the type of vehicle that would be suited and practical , as well as the price of the vehicle. I love the Civic Sedan with the Ecco feature as I drive a lot on the highways. The financial staff as well as the rest of the team worked in a professional manner. I know any concerns in the future will be met in the same courteous friendly way. I would recommend the dealership to friends and family. More

Great Saturday service I can't say enough how easy it was to bring my car in for service on a Saturday. Brian P got me checked in early and was super easy to deal with. Wish I came to Mohawk sooner Advisor Brian Peters took my S2000 in on short notice when every other shop declined to work on it because it was either too low for their equipment o Advisor Brian Peters took my S2000 in on short notice when every other shop declined to work on it because it was either too low for their equipment or they were scared to touch it. Technician Adam Van Zandt owns an S2000 himself and handled everything on their IN GROUND alignment rack. Very hard to find a shop like Mohawk who can easily accommodate low cars. I'll be going straight to Mohawk for everything in the future. Ask for Brian and Adam when servicing your S2000, or any Honda that means a great deal to you. There are very few people I trust wrenching on my car, but I trust Adam 100%. One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. More

Service Department at Mohawk Honda is excellent. I had the occasion to visit the Service Dept. at Mohawk Honda on two occasions because my CRV battery was dead along with other problems. The first t I had the occasion to visit the Service Dept. at Mohawk Honda on two occasions because my CRV battery was dead along with other problems. The first time, Jeremy Ecker took care of me and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. More work had to be done, so it was returned. On that occasion Brian Peters took care of me. Again I was totally satisfied with the Service Dept. Brian was helpful and polite and my problems were solved. I would recommend Mohawk Honda Service Dept. to anyone. More

Great Customer Service I called them for an appointment after having a bad experience at another area Honda dealer that I have gone to for years. They got me in right away, I called them for an appointment after having a bad experience at another area Honda dealer that I have gone to for years. They got me in right away, found the problem, and fixed it in record time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Mohawk is definitely my new go to Honda dealer. More
