Top to bottom this was a terrific experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Odyssey van. Everyone we encountered were ultimate professionals. Trevor Schmetterer was a great sales consultant. He was of course knowledgeable and helpful but his best traits were his listening and communication skills. He was in regular contact with us throughout the process and always set the right expectations. In the finance department, Brian Rae and Travis Landry were the best. During the closing of the loan it was very nice to work with a single person (Travis) during the entire transaction. When it was time to pick up the car, Amith Coonjbeharry helped us go over the features of the vehicle and was very helpful. He went above and beyond when he heard we have two big dogs that we wanted to primarily use the van for, he suggested that we take a look at some accessories in the in-store kiosk. We were able to find a mat for the back that we wanted, in stock, and walked away that day with the new car and the mats we wanted. It's a very different feeling in this dealership, you can tell these folks are here to build relationships, not just sell you a car and see you out the door. More
