My prior sales agent for Toyota in May 2018, Brian Rae, returned my call and asked me what car I was interested in for my new lease. The day I called Mr. Rae, he was transitioning to his position in Fina returned my call and asked me what car I was interested in for my new lease. The day I called Mr. Rae, he was transitioning to his position in Finance with Honda. Mr. Rae had called at least three times starting 3 months ago to turn in my Rav 4 for a CRV or other Honda product. He said Honda was a better product for what I would pay. He was right, in my opinion!I came to Honda (in Scotia) on May 4th and Mr. Rae had reserved exactly what I was looking for! He was persistent, thankfully. Allie Ancowitz was then my sales agent and she was excellent. She has been attentive and offered any help necessary. She has followed up since I signed my lease. As was the technology coach , Jake, who walked me through all the technology now available. He taught this in an intelligent manner to a senior, me, patiently. A huge thank you to Brian, Allie and the technician, Jake , who all did an excellent job. Great sales people, ALL friendly and sincere. I’ve already sent out a recommendation to friends for Scotia Honda. More
