I purchased my vehicle 07/02/2022 and a check engine light appeared 07/05/2022 The vehicle had been diagnosed and there is a missfire in cylinder 6… my complaint here is with a “new to you” vehicle ins light appeared 07/05/2022 The vehicle had been diagnosed and there is a missfire in cylinder 6… my complaint here is with a “new to you” vehicle inspection this problem should have been identified. Now I am without a vehicle and the labor is all on me after spending a large sum of money with you company. Second complaint: sunroof was leaking at the time of purchase. I was given a “we owe” form saying it would be addressed and fixed. I was promised a call on tuesday 07/05/2022 and that call has yet to come. You have lost my business in your shop for future repairs and on top of that any recommendation for other to purchase from you. This current repair on the cylinder should be taken care of by you. It would be the right thing to do considering i hadnt put 50 miles on this truck and committed to $40,000 + with your dealership. More
