The whole experience was great except for actual delivery of vehicle. Once the papers were signed, they were ready to send you on your way. I thought someone would give us a tour of the inside and explain th of vehicle. Once the papers were signed, they were ready to send you on your way. I thought someone would give us a tour of the inside and explain the controls. I bought a new vehicle in 2018 at another dealership and they have a tech guy get in the vehicle with you and go over all controls and help you setup all the passwords and services. More
