Very unstressful with usually a stressful time buying a truc Brian was great, listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't. Was so helpful getting the deal done and helping us clean Brian was great, listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't. Was so helpful getting the deal done and helping us clean out our other cars and making sure we understood everything about our new truck. Also the finance girl was so nice and also didn't force us to buy things we didn't need. Also we feel she got us the best finance rate she could. More

Great Dealership! Brian Ries was great to work with and made the buying process very easy with no hassle. Loved the fact they did not push a lot of extra add on fees. It was also nice for them to accept the fact I did not want to purchase any extra warranties and accepted my “No” answer the first time with no pushy sales job. More

Online shopping Went shopping for a truck online and after several emails to dealers that failed to follow up I found the truck I was looking for and fired an email o Went shopping for a truck online and after several emails to dealers that failed to follow up I found the truck I was looking for and fired an email off to Jim Butler Chevrolet. Within minutes my phone was ringing. Went in the next day to test drive and Brian made the process quick and easy, Sale price listed online was what it was, no haggling for hours over rebate qualifications etc... If the truck I wanted had been on the lot the whole process would have been completed in maybe 3 hours. More
