This dealership is a welcome departure from the old school tactics still used by car dealers in the area. There's no pressure, no "let me talk to my manager," etc. going on here. Schaller focuses on a friendly, knowledgeable and easy experience. This time around, I had a chance to work with Mike Uhlman and my interactions were just as good as with folks I've worked with in the past. Mike knows his product, and he understands how to ask the right questions to make sure his customers are getting what they need. Brian Savo on the business side was just as easy to work with through the financing process. There's no pressure to tack on add-ons you don't want. There's no games with the numbers. It's just simple. I'd highly recommend Schaller Acura for service as well. I've been taking cars there for service over the past six years and have NEVER had a negative experience. The advisors and techs are great people who want to make sure you're happy. You really can't ask for more than that. More

Although we have now moved to North Carolina, we still "come back home" to get our new cars. This is a tribute to the exceptional staff and the way they treat their customers and the product they provide. Unfortunately, the only thing we cannot take advantage of due to our location is the quality service provided by David Wiltse's staff. Upon arrival we were greeted by Teri, Peter, David, and Brian Savo (Brian Coughlin was off that day, but over the years has also been part of the greeting group.) Since then I have bought 3 more cars there and have always been glad that I did. I also love their service department and the combination of that with how nice and helpful everyone there is makes them a fantastic dealership. I have dealt with Teri Lupacchino on my last few and she is great to work with and from what I have seen the others all try hard to make the sales process go smoothly. More

It was the first time we questioned if we were getting the best possible deal and boy are we glad we shopped around! Schaller is about 45 minutes from our town, but based on this deal, we will be back. The salesperson, Michael was professional, smart, well informed about the brand, well spoken on everything we discussed. There were no games or "checking with the manager" speeches, just listened to our needs, negotiated where it was needed and got the deal done and 2 days later we had our 2018 TLX! More
