I loved that car, but then I met the 2019, and we were meant to be together. From the moment I walked through the door 4 years ago until the moment I walked out the door today, I have been treated with nothing but kindness, courtesy and respect. I have the utmost respect for every member of that team. Every single person has a smile on their face, is so pleasant to work with, and goes above and beyond to help their customers. In the last 4 years the service team has been out of this world amazing. I have worked with Dave, Joe and Brian the most, but they are all great. Katherine and the other helpful women who have answered the phone and booked my appointments are always so cheerful and kind. And the great guys who drive me a courtesy car every time I have my car serviced are so wonderful and accommodating. Craig even knows my crazy morning routine as a single parent and accommodates his day to work for mine! The service team is top notch and I would never have my car serviced elsewhere. They are trustworthy and honest, they’re not out to get your money. The sales team is also top notch! Big shout out to Jeff Norwood for today! Never an ounce of pressure, always providing you with all of the options. They treat you as a person, not a sale. They take the time to teach you every detail of how your car works and all of the features. A huge applause to Brian Savo in financing! What an amazing guy! So helpful. Explains every step. Deals with the DMV/RMV (has to be awful), and all with a smile on his face. But I’d be remiss if I didn’t give the biggest shout out to James Merrill, the sales manager, and the reason I stepped foot through Schaller’s doors 4 years ago. Truly amazing man! I can honestly say, I don’t see myself ever owning a car other than an Acura or ever purchasing or servicing a car anywhere but Schaller! I’m in for the long haul! Megan H. More

Great sales experience! I first visited Schaller Acura in August to look at and test drive the new 2019 RDX. Sales Consultant Jeff Norwood greeted me, showed me highlights of I first visited Schaller Acura in August to look at and test drive the new 2019 RDX. Sales Consultant Jeff Norwood greeted me, showed me highlights of a vehicle in the showroom, took me outside to view colors of in-stock vehicles and take a test drive in a vehicle with the Advance package. I was very impressed! A few weeks prior to the expiration of my existing non-Acura lease Jeff worked with me to locate a vehicle and firm up finances on vehicle with features and color combinations I was looking for. I completed the transaction and picked up my RDX Advance (lunar silver with espresso interior) last week. The process was seamless. I thank Jeff for coordinating all aspects of the sale, answering my questions and making my experience as a customer an excellent one. I recommend Schaller Acura and Jeff to anyone interested in the fine line of Acura vehicles. More

From the online inquiry to the hand off of the new car keys we've been t We have just purchased our third vehicle from the Schaller dealership family. From the online inquiry to the hand off of the new car keys we've been treated with kindness, respect, and utmost attention to our needs. The quality of the cars (we purchased preowned this time) was high and prices were very competitive. Teri Lupacchino helped us with this purchase. She is a real pro. Teri contacted me within a couple of hours of sending my online inquiry (and I sent my inquiry very early on Sunday morning). We scheduled a test drive for the same day and by the end of the day we narrowed down the model I liked and sealed the deal. My wife was not available to see the car that day and Teri offered that she would drive the car to my wife's work place or our home to have her test drive the car as well. Next day, at 2 p.m. Teri was at our house (which is about an hour away from the dealership) to show the car to my wife and get her comfortable with the purchase. This type of customer service is stellar in my book. Needless to say, we put the deposit down on the car that day and took delivery of the vehicle the following weekend. Brian did an exceptional job with financing are registration. He went out of his way to make sure our old plates are cancelled with DMV and sorted out some address hiccups that appeared in the DMV database at the last minute. Overall, doing business with Schaller dealership family turned out to be a superb car buying experience once again. Thank you Teri and Brian! We loved the experience as much as we love our new car! More
