The arrival of the new RDX in showrooms directly corresponded with my lease conclusion, but I still had 2 months left of payments. I chose to deal with Schaller due to a number of great years of service provided for a 2001 Acura TL purchased in another region of the country after moving back to Connecticut. The sales staff searched and found the specific model and color combinations we were looking for, regularly kept us informed of delivery times, handled my lease conclusion without a hassle, and successfully delivered our new RDX as ordered, well ahead of plan, at a good price as well. Many thanks to staff members Teri Lupacchino, Brian Savo and Joe Greenberg for making this happen. I also consider the service area to be the best in the region, and look forward to them caring for my new RDX for years to come. More

Great Experience I was interested in looking at the 2019 Acura RDX. I walked into Schaller Acura at 4:30PM on a Saturday and stayed until almost 6:00PM even though t I was interested in looking at the 2019 Acura RDX. I walked into Schaller Acura at 4:30PM on a Saturday and stayed until almost 6:00PM even though they were supposed to close at 5:00PM. Jeff Norwood took the time show me the car and explain everything about it. I really liked what I saw and heard. I came back on Monday with my wife and she also loved the car. I was originally going to buy the car, but they explained the advantages of leasing. We reached a very fair agreement and price for the car and a very fair trade in for my car..I am now leasing a 2019 Acura RDX. Thank you Jeff, Jim and Brian for making my car buying decision an easy one. More

Schaller focuses on a friendly, knowledgeable and easy experience. This time around, I had a chance to work with Mike Uhlman and my interactions were just as good as with folks I've worked with in the past. Mike knows his product, and he understands how to ask the right questions to make sure his customers are getting what they need. Brian Savo on the business side was just as easy to work with through the financing process. There's no pressure to tack on add-ons you don't want. There's no games with the numbers. It's just simple. I'd highly recommend Schaller Acura for service as well. I've been taking cars there for service over the past six years and have NEVER had a negative experience. The advisors and techs are great people who want to make sure you're happy. You really can't ask for more than that. More
