Sac Hyundai Aaron was great as a salesperson. 3 issues with the other staff really pissed me off, however: 1. The original negotiations had 2.99% apr written d Aaron was great as a salesperson. 3 issues with the other staff really pissed me off, however: 1. The original negotiations had 2.99% apr written down by the finance guy (I think it was an assistant). It was 3.99% on the final paperwork. Brian explained that what we were doing actually would save us money but it still pissed me off. 2. I caught the $100 deductible for the extended warrentky the next day. When I e-mailed Brian about it he said he "caught it" and was going to let me know, though it took me reaching out to get a discusssion about it going. Was he waiting for me to ask about it? Brain changed it to $0 deductible the next day. 3. The car and package I test drove had cargo racks. The vehicle I ordered and picked up days later (I wanted midnight blue) did not have the racks. I asked them to fix this to match what we negotiated and what I test drove but they gave me a song and dance about charging me "cost" for them. After hearing that twice, including from the GM David I explained that if they didn't put racks on the vehicle I wasn't taking it. Sad it took this to get them moving. Three frustrating experiences in the same number of days. Glad Aaron was a pleasure to work with though. He deserves high marks. More

Lease renewal Turned in 2014 Elantra with 9300 miles, and now drive 2017 Elantra, also leased. The 2017 has great updated features which I enjoy. The display screen is much larger than the 2014 model, so I feel it helps me visually. More
