Living over 200 miles away from the dealership, I negotiated a trade price over the phone with Brian Schwanke. When I arrived at the dealership everything went flawless, the CPO Navigator was just as negotiated a trade price over the phone with Brian Schwanke. Cash purchase of used car I was doing a cash purchase of a used car - very straight forward. My complaint is that I had the first appointment in the morning - as I had to get I was doing a cash purchase of a used car - very straight forward. My complaint is that I had the first appointment in the morning - as I had to get back to work - so assumed I would be in and out fairly quickly (as I had made several purchases of this kind for my business in the past and that was my experience at other dealerships), but this was not the case. Things were not ready for me - as I was kept waiting close to 20 min past my appointment time - and then the process took another 40 min by the time we were complete. Disappointed that the dealership wasn't more respectful of my time -- kept me waiting and then didn't have things prepared. More
